1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for or using the g3010 platform in any way, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate and complete information. g3010 reserves the right to verify user identity at any stage through a document verification process. Failure to provide valid verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension until the verification process is complete.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing it with any party.
- Ensuring that no other party uses your account without authorisation.
- Notify g3010 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Updating your account information whenever any changes occur.
G3010 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's own negligence in safeguarding their account.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
As a g3010 platform user, you agree not to engage in any activity that is unlawful, deceptive or harmful to others. Specifically prohibited activities include:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other method to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform system.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions fraudulently.
- Transferring funds between different user accounts for the purpose of money laundering.
- Registering using a false identity or stealing another person's identity.
G3010 reserves the right to take appropriate action — including suspending access, closing accounts, withholding balances or reporting suspicious activity to the relevant authorities — if any of the above violations are detected or suspected.
4. Payments, Deposits and Transactions
All financial transactions on the g3010 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made using a valid payment method registered in your own name. g3010 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
Successfully processed deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe indicated, depending on the payment method selected. g3010 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
For withdrawals, you are required to ensure that all promotion or bonus-related conditions have been met before submitting a request. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in certain circumstances approved by g3010 in writing.
G3010 reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering checks on any transaction and to request supporting documentation where necessary. Any attempt at money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.
5. Liability Limits and Account Policy
G3010 Liability Limits
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, g3010 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profit, loss of data or business interruption. g3010's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your account in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.
Account Suspension and Closure
G3010 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Breaching any part of these Terms and Conditions.
- Facilitating or endorsing fraud, money laundering or any other illegal activity.
- Failure to complete the identity verification process within the specified timeframe.
- Inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months.
- Instructions from legal authorities or the relevant regulatory body.
In the event of account closure for valid reasons not caused by a user violation, any legitimate balance in the account will be returned to the user via an agreed method, subject to the settlement of all outstanding obligations.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the g3010 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, user interfaces and software — is the exclusive property of g3010 or its respective licensors. You are not permitted to reproduce, redistribute, sell or exploit any part of the platform without prior written consent from g3010.
Links to Third-Party Sites
The g3010 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for user convenience. g3010 does not control the content or practices of those third-party sites and is not responsible for any damage or loss arising from your use of their services. Access to third-party sites is entirely at your own risk.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
G3010 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
